[Update] Portrait Builder

Update 10/3/26:
- Ability to change rig type in the Avatar Editor.
- Updated pose system.
- Background blur and vignette effects.
- Camera fixes/improvements.

NOTE: To support background blur, flags have been shifted back. This may cause a shift in perspective if your camera in an existing save isn't looking direct on, so you may need to move your flags.

Create your own portraits! Edit your background, insert flags, change and pose the player, and customize the camera.

The Flag Library currently features nearly 1,000 different flags from around the world.
It is recommend to turn your graphics up to take the best photos.
