「天空達餐廳是一座高 474 層的觀景塔，建造時間超過 2 年，是為慶祝城市建造週年紀念而建造的，但建造時間比預定時間提前了 6 個月。這座塔的設計存在缺陷，而且建造時使用了廉價且粗制的回收材料，使其非常不穩固。塔樓在開放當天（2016 年 6 月 13 日）就關閉了，並最終被拆除，只留下大廳，很快就進行了翻修並變成了圖書館。」

"The SkyReach Restaurant was a 474 stud tall observation tower that took over 2 years to finish was built for the anniversary of the coover city being completed 6 months early, the towers design was flawed and was built using cheap shoddy recycled materials that made it very precarious, the tower was closed on its opening day [6/13/2016] and eventually demolished leaving its lobby behind that was soon renovated and turned into a library."
