並不是每個來電者都有幫助。有些人會驚慌失措，有些人會掛斷電話，有些人甚至不知道自己在哪裡，所以你需要在地圖上傳送訊號給他們。

一個簡短的訓練輪班可以教授基礎知識。

你在每個輪班結束時會獲得一個成績，並因此賺取資金來購買更多單位和城市的新設施。

911 dispatcher game set in downtown Chicago. You sit at the dispatch computer, pick up calls and send police, fire trucks and ambulances where they need to go.

How it works:
1. Phone rings, you answer it
2. Ask the caller where they are and what happened
3. Put the incident in and send units
4. Watch them drive there on the map. If they need backup they radio you

Not every caller is helpful. Some panic, some hang up and some barely know where they are, so you ping their phone on the map.

A short training shift teaches the basics.

You get a grade at the end of each shift and earn money for more units and new parts of the city.
