Guide- 01 遊戲基本規則 一款在電梯上升的同時完成體能訓練，並比其他玩家更快到達終點的遊戲。
- 02 新手最先要做的事 最初要在低樓層適應遊戲的節奏，適應操作和觀看螢幕的角度很重要。
- 03 前期（第1～10樓層）應該學會的事項 如果在初期掌握基本跳躍技巧和障礙物預測，中期以後會變得輕鬆得多。
- 04 卡在中期（第11～20樓層）時的檢查項目 卡在中期時，大多是跳躍時機偏差或鏡頭角度問題。
