3. 權限：根據嚴重程度，會被封禁10分鐘到30天不等。
我每天都會檢查封禁記錄。如果發現有問題的地方，我會解除封禁。

2. Nuclear bomb: Nuclear bomb
3. Penalties: depending on the severity, bans ranging from 10 minutes to 30 days.
I check the daily ban records and if I think 'Oh, this is a bit...', I'll give them a ban lift.
