game is back up once again; i also fixed recoil discrepancy on different frame rates

creating 100 zombie hordes is unfortunately not cool guys
in-game changelogs

also new benefits for private server owners including Admin commands, npc spawner (do your own npc wars!!) and sword (that kills everything).
