PC Controls:
Scroll up/down or R/F - zoom in/out
Hold right mouse button - move camera
Hold middle mouse + move - pan camera
Shift + LMB - select box for owned provinces
Hold LMB - select box for troops

Mobile Controls:
Tap - select (province/troops)
Hold and drag on a province - multi-select
