01 The core gameplay loop Lifting weights and defeating NPCs are the two actions that drive everything else forward.
02 Reaching World 2 Mastery 8 is the single requirement to unlock World 2 and everything inside it.
03 Weights and combat moves Six new weights and two new combat moves were added in the December 25, 2024 update.
04 Almanac entries and consumable exchange Completing Almanac entries grants permanent bonuses; the Consumable Exchange lets you trade consumables for different types.
