Where beginners should start

02 Depth layers and what they mean for you Each depth range changes the lighting, stone color, and threats you face, so prepare accordingly before you descend.
03 Mining efficiently Combining straight vertical digging with horizontal strip mining at the right depth gets you the most valuable ore before the mine resets.
