About this game

Randomly Generated Droids is a procedurally-generated roguelike focused heavily on sword-fighting mechanics. Every run is different from the last: face several different Droids as you continually get stronger.

🤖 Battle over fifty enemy varieties as you travel through a series of fleshed-out worlds!
🎓 Various classes to unlock and purchase, with each directly influencing how you play the game!
⚔️ Over fifty weapons and a hundred items to experiment with as you fight your way to the end!

Where beginners should start

Guide

01 Your first run Pick a class, fight through the map, and grab every drop you can — that loop is the whole game.
02 The class roster and why it matters There are twelve standard classes plus Transcendent, and each one is worth beating the game with at least once.
03 Ascension levels — the real difficulty climb Ascension levels are optional harder modes that unlock after your first win, with level 15 being the gateway to Transcendent.
04 Hard-mode challenge runs and their rewards Each challenge run unlocks a special item, but the condition must be met by every player in the party — one slip fails the whole group.
