01 The customer service loop Every shift follows the same five steps, and getting comfortable with them early makes everything else much easier.
02 What to check when service gets stuck Most slowdowns are caused by unfinished tasks already in the café, not by a lack of equipment.
03 Coins, stars, and long-term targets The game has three parallel tracks — serving customers, earning coins, and raising your star rating — and progress on each feeds the others.
04 Hiring Sanrio staff Use your gacha tickets as you earn them and let whoever you have work alongside you rather than holding out for a specific character.
