First steps when you load in

Step
In short Redeeming codes and learning the controls before your first dungeon saves you a lot of early struggle.

The biggest obstacle at the start is not having enough spins or cash to get decent equipment. Codes handed out by the developers fix that immediately, giving you free spins and cash before you've even fought anyone. Once your rewards are claimed, spend a few minutes in an easy dungeon just getting comfortable with the controls, then open your quest list so you know what to work toward.

  1. Redeem codes click the Codes button on the right side of the screen, type each code exactly, and press Confirm to collect your free spins and cash.
  2. Learn the basics M1 attacks, Q dashes, keys 1 through 3 fire your skills, 4 activates your gear, 5 uses your ultimate skill, and G triggers your awakening.
  3. Pick an easy dungeon start at a low-difficulty dungeon to get used to enemy patterns before anything punishes you hard.
  4. Spend your first spins pull your starting weapon and gear so you have something equipped going into real fights.
  5. Open the quest list read through what's available so you can knock out quest conditions while you're already farming dungeons.

Core loop in the early game

Check
In short Repeating dungeons while keeping your runes upgraded and your quests ticking over is the foundation of early progress.

The early game revolves around running dungeons repeatedly to stack up drops and cash, then feeding those resources back into your build. Runes are central to how strong your skills hit, so upgrading them as soon as you have the materials makes a real difference. Bosses are survivable solo but far easier with other players around. Running quests at the same time as dungeons means you earn exclusive rewards on top of your normal drops.

  • Run the same dungeon multiple times to build up drops and cash steadily.
  • Upgrade runes whenever you have enough leaving them unlevelled keeps your skill damage well below where it should be.
  • Bring other players into boss fights to reduce the risk of dying and improve your chances of rare drops.
  • Use your gear in every boss fight by pressing 4 it is a powerful action and ignoring it wastes your kit.
  • Keep an eye on active quests while you farm so you're completing their conditions as a side effect of normal play.

Weapons versus gear — what to focus on

Table
In short Weapons shape your skill combos while gear gives you a powerful burst option in boss fights, and you need both working together.

Weapons and gear both come from spins, but they serve different purposes. Your weapon determines which skills you can use and how your combos flow. Gear is the action you trigger with the 4 key — a strong burst that matters most when you're up against a dungeon boss.

High-rarity weaponfaster dungeon clears and stronger skill damage across the whole session.
Skill-combo weaponunique combination potential when its skills chain well together for your playstyle.
Offensive gearconcentrated burst damage against bosses when you need to end a fight quickly.
Survival gearbetter staying power in long high-difficulty dungeon runs or early boss attempts.

What to check when you keep losing

Warn
In short Most brick walls in this game come down to unupgraded runes or skipping key abilities like awakening and dash.

Stepping back to a lower dungeon to strengthen your build is an option. Go through this list before you blame the difficulty.

Worth watching out for
Check your weapon rarity a low-rarity weapon caps your damage early.
Check your runes unupgraded runes starve your skills of damage, and this is one of the most common things new players skip.
Use skills 1, 2, and 3 actively in boss fights relying on normal attacks alone does not produce enough damage.
Dash with Q to dodge boss attacks taking every hit is what makes fights feel impossible.
Try your awakening with G during a boss fight if you haven't yet it significantly boosts your power for a window of time.
Drop back one dungeon tier if you can't clear the current one, gear up properly, then return.

Redeeming codes

Step
In short Codes expire without warning and each one can only be used once, so enter them the moment you find them.

Codes give you weapon spins, runes, and cash. The process is quick, but a typo or an expired code will silently fail, so it pays to be careful. Some codes require you to have joined the official community first, so check that before you start entering them.

  1. Open the input screen click the Codes button on the right side of the game screen.
  2. Type carefully enter the code exactly as published, paying attention to capital letters and lowercase.
  3. Press Confirm your rewards land in your account straight away if the code is still valid.
  4. Act fast codes go dead without any announcement, so enter anything new as soon as you see it.

Playing without spending Robux

Tips
In short Free codes, dungeon drops, and quest rewards give you a complete path through the game without ever spending Robux.

The game is built around systems that free players can fully engage with. Paid options exist but they are not required to see the content.

Tips worth knowing
  • Developer codes hand out free weapon spins and cash, giving you a head start that costs nothing.
  • All drops from dungeons are free — enemy loot and cosmetic crafting materials require no spending.
  • Runes come from dungeon farming and rewards, so you can build up your character entirely through play.
  • Every quest reward, including exclusive content, is open to all players regardless of whether they spend.
  • Paid options speed things up or change your appearance but don't put a wall in front of the main game.

Staying safe while you play

Warn
In short Any offer outside the official game that promises free spins, Robux, or codes is trying to scam you.

Roblox games attract scammers who try to steal account details by offering things that sound too good to be true. Keeping to official channels for everything is the simplest way to protect yourself.

Worth watching out for
Never give your password or personal details to another player or an outside website, no matter what they offer in return.
Using unofficial cheat scripts or hack tools risks a permanent ban on your account.
Anyone promising unlimited spins or free Robux in a DM or external site is running a scam ignore and block them.
Only enter codes through the in-game Codes button, using codes published by the official developers.
Don't click links from strangers in chat; if something feels wrong, tell a parent or another trusted adult.

Common questions

FAQ

Can I play with a controller?

Yes, controllers are fully supported. On PlayStation-style pads, L1 and L2 cover skills 1 and 2, R1 handles skill 3, and R2 is your main attack. Xbox controllers use LB, LT, and RB in those roles.

Where do I find working codes?

The developers announce codes through their official community. Since codes expire without notice, entering them as soon as you find them is always the right move.

Is this game okay to play solo, or do I need a group?

You can get through dungeons on your own without any problem. Boss fights become easier with other players helping, so joining up when the option is there makes those encounters less punishing.

I entered a code correctly but got nothing — what's wrong?

Double-check that every capital and lowercase letter matches exactly, since the input is case-sensitive. If the code has expired or you've already used it on your account, no reward will come through. Some codes also require you to join the official community first, so completing that step and then re-entering the code can solve it.

I found a bug in the game — what should I do?

The developers actively welcome bug reports and feedback from the community. Head to the official community and share what you found there so the team can look into it.
