Three cities and what each one offers
TableThe map is built around three cities. They vary a lot in size, danger, and what you can actually do there.
| Newbury | the southernmost city; small, frequently dangerous, home to Bloxmart, Doug's Verdanian Firearms, the Newbury Police Station, Jack's Shack, and a Casino |
| Fairfield | west of Benton; contains the Bank, Fairfield Sheriff's Department, the Post Office, Weight Obliterator, and Yad Epo MMA |
| Benton | the largest city by far in the northeast; most facilities including Easy Pawn, Illegal Gun Dealer, the Benton Warehouse, Stock N Go, Jimmy's Boxing Classes, and Sei's Tool and Weapon Supply on the outskirts, but expect constant fighting |
Health, knockouts, and the bleeding problem
WarnYour health starts at 100. Natural regen only goes up to 85, so food and bandages cover the gap above that. Drop below 35 health and you get knocked out — you stay down until regen pushes you back above 35. Some weapons apply bleed damage on top of everything else, which keeps ticking even while you are unconscious. Shotguns and heavy caliber firearms can pop your head and kill you instantly.
Combat controls for fists and melee weapons
CheckFists are always with you and cannot be dropped. You can upgrade your unarmed fighting by learning Karate at Yad Epo MMA in Fairfield or Boxing at Jimmy's Boxing Classes in Benton — both increase your speed and damage. Most melee weapons share the same control layout as your fists.
- M1 swing or punch; your basic attack
- R heavy attack; knocks down and can stun-lock players and NPCs
- E light attack or kick
- Q finisher; used on downed players only
- C block incoming attacks
- F shove the target away
- G grab; only usable on downed players or corpses
- X stomp
- T jab
Threat level and the police
TipsYour threat level sits next to the red star in the bottom-left corner of your screen and is also visible on the leaderboard. Criminal actions push it up. When it fills completely, police and sheriff NPCs turn hostile and come after you.
- Watch the threat meter when committing crimes
- Check the leaderboard to see how your threat compares to other players in the session
- Each city has its own law enforcement building
Getting weapons without spending much
SummaryMelee weapons are scattered across the map and can be grabbed for free. Firearms require either purchasing from a shop or raiding a police armory. Build your cash reserve using the ATM system, and you will eventually afford guns from the stores.
- Free option melee weapons found on the ground across the map
- Purchased firearms Sei's Tool and Weapon Supply in Benton and Doug's Verdanian Firearms in Newbury
- High-risk option the Illegal Gun Dealer in Benton or the armories inside police and sheriff stations
- Cash storage ATM deposits carry over between sessions; cash in your pocket does not

Common questions
FAQWhat happens to my money when I log out?
Any cash you are carrying disappears when you leave the game. You need to deposit it at an ATM first — those are found near spawns, gas stations, and various businesses around the map.
Where can I get a gun?
You can buy firearms at Sei's Tool and Weapon Supply on the outskirts of Benton or at Doug's Verdanian Firearms in Newbury. The Illegal Gun Dealer in Benton is another option, and weapons can also be found inside police and sheriff station armories.
How do I get better at unarmed fighting?
Head to Yad Epo MMA in Fairfield to learn Karate, or go to Jimmy's Boxing Classes in Benton to learn Boxing. Both styles hit faster and harder than plain fists.
What does hunger actually do to me?
Going hungry lowers your maximum health. It does not kill you outright. Buy or steal food from buildings to keep your health ceiling where it belongs.
