Getting started with the tutorial

Step

In short Finishing the tutorial and winning your first game are the two things to do first.

When you first load in you will get the Welcome Champion badge automatically. From there, the tutorial walks you through the basics and rewards you with the A+ badge when you complete it. After that, jump into a match and aim for your first win to pick up the First Win badge.

Launch the game you receive the Welcome Champion badge just for joining.
Complete the tutorial this earns the A+ badge.
Play your first match winning earns you the First Win badge.
Check your Overall rating once you clear 25 you unlock the Rookie badge, your first progression milestone.

In short Choose Full Court for team basketball and Rivals Park for shorter, more personal matchups.

There are two main settings: the full court and Rivals Park.

Full Court 5v5	team-based NBA matches with all your favorite NBA teams
Rivals Park 1v1	one-on-one street court matchups
Rivals Park 2v2	two-on-two street court matchups
Rivals Park 3v3	three-on-three street court matchups
Streaks	a win-streak counter available in Rivals Park

Raising your Overall rating

Check

In short Your Overall rating is the main measure of your player's progress, and every milestone from 25 to 99 unlocks a badge.

Each tier you cross unlocks a badge. The final target, a rating of 99, earns you the GOAT badge.

Stat-based badges and how to chase them

Tips

In short Scoring, assists, rebounds, and steals each have their own badge track.

Four separate stat categories each have milestone badges.

Tips worth knowing

Score 500 points to earn Scoring Leader I, then 2,500 for Scoring Leader II and 10,000 for Scoring Leader III.
Make 50 assists for Point God I and 500 assists for Point God II.
Get 20 rebounds for Clean the Glass I and 100 for Clean the Glass II.
Steal the ball 20 times for Pickpocket Champ I.
Hit 10,000 Perfect Shots to earn the Sharpshooter badge.
Become the best-performing player in a match to earn the MVP!! badge.

The Trade Hub and item collecting

Tips

In short Exclusive NBA items can be collected, customized, and swapped with other players through the Trade Hub.

The Trade Hub is where player-to-player item exchanges happen.

Tips worth knowing

Collect exclusive NBA items whenever they are available.
Customize items you plan to keep.
Before confirming any trade, check that the item you are receiving is genuinely something you want — trades cannot be cancelled once they go through.

Season Events, Quests, and redeem codes

Warn

In short Limited-time rewards disappear when events end, and codes expire, so act on both as soon as you see them.

Season Events and Quests run for a set period and offer rewards including coins and XP.

Worth watching out for

Join Season Events while they are live once the event ends, those rewards are gone permanently.

Complete Quests to earn coins and XP.

Enter any redeem codes you find right away, since they can expire.

Roblox Premium members receive bonus coins and XP, though all core content is available without it.

Overall Rating: A number that measures your player's total strength; raising it unlocks milestone badges from Rookie all the way to GOAT.
Rivals Park: The street-court section of the game offering 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 matchups separate from full 5v5 NBA games.
Streak: A running count of consecutive wins in Rivals Park.
Perfect Shot: A shot released with ideal timing; landing 10,000 of them earns the Sharpshooter badge.
Trade Hub: The in-game space where players swap exclusive NBA items with each other.
MVP: The award given to the standout player of a match, which also unlocks the MVP!! badge.

Play matches and keep contributing on the court. Start by finishing the tutorial and targeting the Rookie badge at a rating above 25, then keep playing to push through each tier up to 99.

Can I enjoy the game without spending Robux?

Yes. Full Court 5v5, all Rivals Park modes, the Trade Hub, Season Events, and Quests are all available to every player. Roblox Premium members get bonus coins and XP.

What should I watch out for when trading items?
