Hidden secrets and the alien event
CheckThere is a secret location somewhere in the map that awards the Secret Badge when you find it — the developers themselves describe the spot as genuinely hard to stumble across. Separately, alien matter is hidden somewhere in the map; find it, defeat the aliens that come with it, and you earn the Aliens! badge along with a set of in-game gifts.

Earning all five badges

Yes. Each badge unlocks when you complete the tycoon as that specific job, so you can earn all three by finishing the game three times, each time as a different job.
Can my friends and I pick different jobs and still work together?
Yes. Friends do not need to pick the same job and can cooperate while playing different roles.
