Getting started in your first rounds
Step
When you first load in, choose an anime character from the roster of over 300 options. Each round you pick an opponent and fight. Winning hands you cash, which you spend on the spin system to unlock weapons.
- Choose your character browse the roster and pick one you want to fight for.
- Enter a round select an opponent and start the fight.
- Win the round defeating your opponent earns you cash.
- Spend the cash use it to spin and unlock anime-themed weapons.

How to earn weapons through spinning
Tips
Weapons in Better Anime Boy are unlocked through spins. You spend the cash you earn from winning fights on spins, and each spin unlocks a weapon.
- Cash comes from winning rounds.
- Spin to unlock anime-themed weapons.
Badges you can actually earn
Check
There are five official badges in the game, but one is currently marked unobtainable. Three you can actively work toward during regular sessions.
- 100 Kills rack up 100 total kills across all your rounds.
- 10 Wins win 10 rounds in total.
- Meet A Developer earned if one of the four developers (birwo, deni207, grraveyard, or evil_plan) joins your server while you are playing.
The Unsealed badge

The Unsealed badge carries the description 'The Gate Has Opened, Seek The Altar' but is officially flagged as UNOBTAINABLE.
