The two sides and what they are trying to do
TableEvery round splits players into two opposing teams. Staff roles protect the facility and keep SCPs contained, while the escape side uses whatever tools they can find — including the SCPs themselves — to get out or cause maximum damage. A round ends when one side completes its objective, so knowing yours from the first second matters.
| Scientist | Staff side, studies and helps contain SCPs |
| Security | Staff side, armed guards who stop escapees |
| MTF | Staff side, elite response unit with stronger equipment |
| Director | Staff side, command-level role with its own set of tools |
| D-Class | Escape side, prisoner role focused on fleeing the site |
| Chaos Insurgency | Escape side, better-armed faction fighting the Foundation |
Choosing your first role
TipsAt the start of each round you pick a role before the action begins. Roles vary in how much gear they carry and how many special tasks they are responsible for.
- Roles with less equipment are easier to get used to on your first few rounds.
- Your role locks in for the round, so if you want to try something different you will need to wait for the next one.
Key objectives to aim for
StepEach side has specific objectives, and every badge the game awards lines up with one of them. Knowing these targets keeps you focused on what actually moves the round forward.
- Escape the site if you are on the D-Class or Chaos Insurgency side, reaching the exit ends the round in your team's favor and earns you the Final Destination badge.
- Activate the nuclear warhead the escape side can trigger a warhead that destroys the entire site; pulling this off earns the Nuclear Strike badge.
- Survive SCP-035 surviving contact with it is treated as its own achievement.
- Watch for SCP-173 it will break your neck if you are not looking at it, so never let it out of your sight when it is in the same room.
- Pick up items whenever you can finding useful gear is acknowledged by the game as a meaningful action.
- Earn cash reaching 100,000 in cash is a recognized milestone.
Earning and spending cash
TipsThe game tracks an in-game cash total and the badge for hitting 100,000 shows it is a meaningful goal. There are currently ten working redeem codes tracked on this site as of September 29, 2026 — entering them costs nothing and each one is single-use, so redeem them as soon as you find them.
- The game has issued codes that give out in-game money, so check for active ones regularly.
- Codes expire and each can only be used once per account, so do not sit on them.
When you keep getting wiped out
WarnIf you are dying constantly, the more useful fix is to change where you are and who you are with. Lone players are the easiest targets on either side.

Common questions
FAQWhat is the fastest way to win a round?
It depends on your side. Staff win by keeping SCPs contained and stopping the escape side from getting out or arming the warhead. D-Class and Chaos Insurgency win by escaping the site or successfully detonating the warhead.
How do I avoid getting killed by SCP-173?
SCP-173 will break your neck if you are not looking at it, so never let it out of your sight when it is in the same room.
Are there free rewards I can grab without spending Robux?
Yes — the game supports redeem codes that hand out in-game cash and items at no cost. Each code works once per account and many are time-limited, so use them as soon as you find one.
