Solve The Cube is a speed-based Roblox game where you memorize a key sequence, type it from memory to solve a Rubik's Cube, and race up to 29 other players to the finish.

How a round works

Step

In short Every round comes down to memorizing a sequence and typing it back accurately before anyone else does.

When a round starts, a key sequence is shown to you. You need to read it, hold it in your head, then type it out to turn and solve the cube. The player who finishes first wins. Up to 30 players can be in one room at the same time.

Read the sequence study the displayed key sequence the moment it appears.
Type the sequence from memory to turn and solve the cube.
Finish before your rivals the first player to complete the sequence correctly wins the round.

Zero Assist mode

Summary

In short Zero Assist is a harder setting that gives you a real scrambled cube to solve on your own.

Selecting Zero Assist means the cube starts in a genuinely scrambled state and you have to solve it yourself, just like solving a real Rubik's Cube.

Standard mode　gives you a key sequence to memorize and type.
Zero Assist mode　gives you a scrambled cube and no sequence; you solve it yourself.
Different cube types　the game includes more than one cube type, and real algorithms apply to each.

Badges and what they require

Table

In short There are four badges in total, covering your first play, your first win, a win streak, and a speed record.

Each badge tracks a different skill. Welcome just needs you to open the game, but the others ask for real in-round performance.

Glossary

Key sequence: The ordered series of key inputs shown to you at the start of a round that you must memorize and type to solve the cube.
Zero Assist: An optional mode where no sequence is given to you and you must solve a genuinely scrambled cube entirely on your own.
Scramble: The randomized starting state of the cube, with all the pieces mixed up.
Sub 5: Solving the cube in fewer than five seconds, and the name of one of the game's hardest badges.
