How the Fighting Spirit role works
SummaryAt any moment one player holds the Fighting Spirit role. Everyone else can challenge that player. If you lose the challenge you earn the 'Fallen to the Fighting Spirit' badge; if you win, you take the throne and earn 'You Are the Spirit Now'. Once you are the Spirit, the first player you defeat as that role unlocks the 'Awakened Spirit' badge. From that point your kill streak starts climbing.
- Challenger loses Fallen to the Fighting Spirit badge, no role change.
- Challenger wins You Are the Spirit Now badge, you become the new Spirit.
- First kill as Spirit Awakened Spirit badge unlocked.

Common questions
FAQHow do I become the Fighting Spirit?
Challenge the current Fighting Spirit and win the fight. The moment you beat them, you take their place and earn the 'You Are the Spirit Now' badge.
Do streak kills and total kills count separately?
Yes. Both systems hand out their own badges, so progress on one does not cancel out the other.
