How a round works
Summary
A tornado touches down somewhere on the map — you never know exactly where it will land. If it reaches you, the round ends for you. Your goal each time is to read where the tornado is coming from and get to safety before it arrives.

Your first moves when a round starts
Step
Before a tornado appears, you have a window to scout your surroundings. Use it to find buildings and high ground rather than standing still.
- Run the map cover as much ground as you can and spot every building and raised area
- Note multiple escape routes
- Watch other players observe where they go
Moving when a tornado is close
Warn
Head in the opposite direction straight away. Buildings with roofs give you protection, and if the tornado moves toward you, keep running to the next safe point.
Surviving longer each round
TipsThe longer you play, the better your mental map of the level becomes.
- Use any calm moment between spawning and the tornado appearing to memorize a new part of the map
- Move as soon as you know a tornado is coming
- Head for the nearest safe point rather than a distant one
