Choose the Stronger Animal!
How a round works
StepEach player starts with $20. Ten animals come up one at a time, and you bid on each one in turn. Once all ten auctions are done, both teams are locked in and the battle begins.
- Start with $20 that is your entire budget for the round, so keep track of what you spend.
- Watch each animal appear ten animals are shown one after another for bidding.
- Place your bid name the amount you want to spend from your remaining budget to win that animal.
- Win or lose the auction whoever bids highest takes the animal; if two players bid the same, the one who bid first wins.
- Wait for the reveal each animal's true power stays hidden until the final battle starts.
- See who wins after all bids are settled, both teams' strength is compared and the winner is decided.
Two bidding strategies to consider
TableThere is no single correct way to use your $20. The right call changes based on how your opponent is spending.
| All-in | pour most of your budget into one very strong animal and hope its power outweighs a larger but weaker team. |
| Spread | divide your budget across several animals so that no single bid by your opponent can cripple your whole team. |
Animals worth targeting
TipsThe roster has 72 animals split across several types.
- Prehistoric beasts such as T-Rex and Megalodon are among the most powerful animals available.
- Fierce predators like lions also rank among the stronger choices on the roster.
- Ocean giants are another category that brings serious strength to a team.
- Because true power is hidden until the battle, bidding on a known strong type is safer than guessing on an unfamiliar animal.
Playing with friends
SummaryInvite friends into the same room and everyone drafts separately, though you can end up bidding against each other when you both want the same animal.
- Room size up to 36 players can be in one room simultaneously.
- Independent drafts each player builds their own team rather than sharing one.
- Auction clashes if two players in the room want the same animal, the higher bidder takes it.
