How an interrogation works
StepWhen a case begins, you are locked in the room with the suspect. You type your questions or statements directly into the on-screen terminal, and the AI responds as the suspect. You have ten exchanges in total — once those run out, the suspect walks free if you have not secured a confession.
- Type your question or statement into the terminal.
- Track your remaining turns the game counts down from ten, so always know how many you have left.
- If you have not broken the suspect down by your last turn, they walk free.
Choosing your words
TipsThe suspect's AI reads the tone of what you type and adjusts its behavior accordingly. Coming in too hard makes them shut down and stop responding usefully; being too soft gives them room to lie without pressure. Every one of your ten turns needs to serve a purpose.
- Keep your tone firm but not threatening — you want the suspect to feel pressure, not a reason to go completely silent.
- Point out contradictions between earlier answers and what they just said.
- Do not take any single answer at face value — compare it to what came before and let that shape your next question.
Base cases and daily cases
TableThe game splits its content into two types of cases. Base cases are fixed scenarios always available to replay. Daily cases swap in a brand-new scenario each day.
