About
OverviewGet +1 Skill Point Every Second is an idle progression game on Roblox where your character earns one skill point every second automatically, even while you are away. You spend those points to upgrade stats, buy weapons, and stack passives as you fight through enemies and bosses. This guide covers how to earn and spend skill points, how passives work, what bosses and badges to aim for, and a few tips on codes.

Two ways to earn skill points faster
TableEvery second you spend in a server adds one skill point to your total, no input needed. Killing enemies and bosses drops additional skill points on top of the passive trickle, and leveling up from those kills boosts how fast the automatic income grows.
| Idle income | one skill point added to your total every second automatically |
| Enemy kills | each enemy or boss killed gives a lump of skill points on top of the per-second rate |
| Leveling up | killing enemies raises your level, which boosts your per-second skill point generation |
Spending skill points: stats versus gear
StepWhen you have points to spend, you choose between raising a stat directly or buying a weapon or item. Stats keep you alive and let you fight harder content. Weapons and items multiply the damage stats you have already built. Some items also unlock special actions like healing or flying.
- Spend points across the six stats Defense, Health, Regen, Lifesteal, Melee Damage, and Magic Damage
- Buy weapons that multiply Melee or Magic Damage
- Pick up special-action items healing and flying items are available
How passives work and where to find them
TipsPassives are separate from the stat upgrade system and are collected through gameplay rather than bought with skill points directly. The game offers over 200 of them, each providing automatic buffs to stats like Health, Defense, or skill point generation. Multiple passives can be active at the same time as long as you have open passive slots, and their effects stack together.
- Passives provide stat boosts automatically once equipped
- Regular enemies can drop passives, but the chance is low
- Bosses drop passives at a higher rate than regular enemies
- The Merchant lets you buy passives, and prices scale with rarity
- Multiple passives can stack together if you have enough passive slots
Bosses and the badges they drop
TableEach boss listed below awards a badge when defeated. Two of them — Moon Demon and Unbound Mind — drop their badges by chance rather than on every kill, so expect to fight them repeatedly.

|---|---|---|
| Ghost Skeleton | Haunted! | Guaranteed on kill |
| Triple T Sahur | Brainrot! | Guaranteed on kill |
| Lord of the Sea | Lord of the Sea! | Guaranteed on kill |
| Vampire | Stealing Life! | Guaranteed on kill |
| The Reaper | The Reaper! | Guaranteed on kill |
| Santa | Jolly! | Guaranteed on kill |
| Pig Person | He's a pig??? | Guaranteed on kill |
| The Cursed Warrior | The Berserker! | Guaranteed on kill |
| Moon Demon | Moon Katana! | 0.25% drop chance per kill |
| Unbound Mind | Singularity. | 0.2% drop chance per kill |
Rare and event-based badges
CheckSeveral badges cannot be earned through straightforward combat. They depend on random events, timed challenges, or unusual in-game conditions.
- Waste of Time! every second you are in-game there is a 1-in-100,000 chance of earning this badge
- Glitched! a Glitched event replaces rain with a 1% probability; simply being in the server when it fires earns the badge
- The Maze! defeating any cosmic boss gives a 0.25% chance to teleport you to a maze; escape it to claim the badge
- Math Master! when an extremely hard math question appears in your server, be the first player to answer correctly
- True Leader! have 20 summoned characters active at the same time
- Me Against Myself! defeat a version of yourself in combat
Quest badges worth completing
TipsThese badges do not come from killing a specific boss — they require you to finish a named quest that the game tracks internally.
- Red Gem! is awarded when you finish the Lost Gem quest
- Professional Puncher! comes from completing the Training Arc quest
- Sacrifice! requires you to meet the conditions of the Sacrifice quest
- Metal... Pipe? is earned by clearing the Absolute Garbage quest
Redeem codes
TipsThe game distributes redeem codes that can be entered through the in-game code screen. As of October 9, 2026, five working codes were tracked. Each code can only be redeemed once on a given account, and codes go inactive after a set time.
- One use per account — entering a code a second time on the same account will not give a reward
- Codes become invalid after their deadline passes
Controls and data issues
WarnTwo controls are unavailable on mobile and tablet. If your progress fails to appear when you load in, the fix is straightforward before reaching out to the developers.
