Anime Breaker is an anime-themed battle simulator where you tap to build energy, open cards to collect companions, and smash through zone walls to reach new worlds. This guide walks you through your first steps, how to keep getting stronger, and what to do when you feel stuck.
In shortGetting a companion equipped and landing your first hit on a zone wall is what the early game is all about.
Follow the tutorial prompts as soon as the game starts. Tapping or clicking builds your energy, and defeating nearby enemies drops gold — you need both. Once you have gold, head to the card machine to pull companions, then open your inventory and equip them before you do anything else. After that, walk to the wall at the far end of the area and attack it to see whether your damage is enough to chip it down.
Tap for energycheck that your energy total is climbing, and look for any auto-click option near the bottom of the screen
Fight nearby enemiesdefeating them earns gold you will need for cards
Spend gold at the card machinethis is how you get companions
Open your inventorytap Equip Best so your strongest companions are actually active
Walk to the exit wallmove to it physically rather than looking for a menu button
Attack the wallif the health bar moves, you are on the right track
In shortA companion sitting in your inventory does nothing — equipping it is what makes the difference.
Every companion you pull from a card has its own effect, such as boosting your energy gain. Pulling without equipping is a common mistake that leaves you weaker than you should be. Use the Equip Best button after every new pull to make sure your strongest companions are always active. When comparing companions, check their listed effects rather than just their names or looks. Avatars, which you get from defeated enemies, sit in a separate slot and should not be confused with card companions.
Did you tap Equip Best after your last card pull?
Are you checking companion effects, not just names?
Have you checked your avatar slot separately from your companion slots?
After a big batch of pulls, did you re-equip rather than assuming the best ones are already on?
In shortKnowing which currency does what will stop you from getting confused at the upgrade screen.
The game uses more than one currency, and spending the wrong one — or not having the right one — will leave you unable to progress. Gold and Warrior Coins are used for different things entirely. If a purchase is greyed out, check the icon next to the price before assuming you are simply too low-level. Energy is also spent on Rank Up, which is separate from both of the above.
Gold
earned from enemies; used to open cards and unlock upgrade facilities
Warrior Coins
used to actually buy warrior upgrades after a facility is unlocked with gold
Energy
built by tapping; spent on Rank Up to raise your growth multiplier

What to do when the wall will not break
Tips
In shortWhen progress stalls at a wall, the fix is almost always more upgrades or better-equipped companions, not a different button to press.
Zone walls are the gates between areas, and you have to destroy them by attacking directly. If you are standing close enough and nothing is happening, your damage output needs work. Run through the checklist below before spending a long time grinding at a wall that simply outclasses you right now.
Tips worth knowing
Make sure you are physically next to the wall — attacks have a limited reach
Hit Equip Best in your inventory to confirm your strongest companions are on
If the bar moves but very slowly, put time into upgrading energy and damage before returning
Check both gold and Warrior Coins are stocked before buying warrior upgrades
Try Rank Up if you have enough energy sitting unused — the multiplier boost can make a real difference

Zone order and what to expect
Summary
In shortThere are six zones to reach in order, and landing in each one is recorded as a badge on your account.
The game is structured around six named zones you unlock one after another. Each time you enter a new zone for the first time, the game marks it with a badge. When you cross into a new zone, check the local card machine and size up the enemies before committing — if they feel too tough, stepping back to upgrade is the right call.

Zone 2Titan District
Zone 3Hidden Leaf
Zone 4Sin Village
Zone 5Hunter City
Zone 6Pirate Village, the current final zone

Redeem codes
Warn
In shortCodes expire and can only be used once per account, so enter one the moment you find it.
The game distributes redeem codes that grant in-game bonuses. There is a code entry screen inside the game — type carefully, since the codes are case-sensitive and a single wrong character causes an error. Copy-pasting is the safest method. The site tracks working codes separately and keeps that list current.
Worth watching out for
Copy-paste rather than type by hand to avoid case errors
Codes expire after a set perioddo not sit on one you have found
Each code works only once on any given account

Common questions
FAQ
What should I do first when I start playing?
Tap to build energy, fight nearby enemies for gold, then spend that gold at the card machine to get your first companions. Equip them right away using the Equip Best button, then head to the zone wall and attack it to see if your damage is landing.
Why can I not buy an upgrade even though I have gold?
Warrior upgrades use two different currencies depending on the step — gold to unlock the facility and Warrior Coins to buy the actual upgrades inside it. Check the icon next to the price on screen to see which one is required.
How many zones are there?
There are six zones in total, running from Zone 1 Alien Planet through to Zone 6 Pirate Village. Reaching each one for the first time earns you a badge that tracks your progress.
What devices can I play on?
The game runs on computers, phones, tablets, and consoles.
Does Rank Up cost gold?
No — Rank Up costs energy, not gold. These are two separate resources, so you need to keep your energy up if you plan to rank up regularly.
