Good endings and bad endings
CheckEight maps — Forgotten Temple, Pizzeria, Nuclear Storm, Abandoned Hospital, the Caves, Witch's Lair, Crime Scene, and Abandoned Hospital 2 — have an official bad ending built in.
- Return to completed maps and try different choices to trigger the bad ending.
- Track which endings you still need Forgotten Temple, Pizzeria, Nuclear Storm, Abandoned Hospital, Caves, Witch's Lair, Crime Scene, and Abandoned Hospital 2 all have bad-ending badges.

Playing with others

- Call out every clue in chat the moment you find it.
- If the group is stuck, stop and talk through every clue collected so far before moving on.
- A private server fits up to ten players.
When you are completely stuck
CheckA slow, deliberate second pass through the room can help.
- Walk the whole room again and click every object.
- Open your inventory and look at each item.
- Re-check any numbers, letters, or symbols you noted down.
- In multiplayer, ask teammates what they have found.
Flashing lights and jumpscares
WarnThe developers flag this directly: the game uses strong and flashing lights as part of its atmosphere, and jumpscares can happen without warning.
