First steps when you join

Step
In short Spin the class wheel and grab your pail before anything else.

As soon as you join, you become part of the crew and the work begins. The two things you need to do right away are spin the class wheel and pick up a pail. After that, your first real goal is sealing every inch of Maple Street.

  1. Spin the class wheel this assigns your class and earns you the Lucky Spin badge on your very first pull.
  2. Pick up a pail it is the basic tool for applying sealer to the road surface.
  3. Seal Maple Street cover the entire street from end to end to earn the Maple Street Sealed badge.

How the class wheel works

Tips
In short Your class comes from the spin wheel, and the Divine class is the rarest pull in the game.

Every player gets their class by spinning the wheel. The class you land on shapes your playstyle for that session. You can spin again to change it, but keep in mind that the Divine class is the hardest outcome to hit — the game itself calls it the rarest pull available.

Tips worth knowing
  • The Divine class is the rarest result on the wheel, and landing it unlocks the Divine Luck badge.
  • Spinning again lets you try for a different class.
03

Difficulty levels and star ratings

Table
In short INSANE difficulty with all three stars is the hardest challenge the game offers.

Jobs come in at least three difficulty tiers. Each tier has its own badge reward and demands more from your crew.

HARDfinishing any job at this level earns the Hard Hat badge.
INSANEearning all three stars here, with no mistakes and no time wasted, unlocks the Perfect Shift badge.
04

Keeping your combo alive

Check
In short Pour sealer without stopping until your x2 combo has held for a full 60 seconds.

The Combo King badge requires you to push your combo multiplier to x2 and hold it there for 60 consecutive seconds. If the combo drops at any point, the clock resets and you have to build it up again.

  • Check that your combo multiplier has reached x2 before you start counting the time.
  • Keep pouring sealer without any break stopping is what kills the combo.
  • Watch the timer and make sure the full 60 seconds pass while the multiplier stays at x2.
05

The crater at Frostpeak Lodge

Warn
In short The crater is a competitive event — only the player who pours the most sealer wins the crown.

Outside Frostpeak Lodge there is a giant crater that multiple players can work on at the same time. The prize — the crown and the Crater Crusher badge — goes only to whoever contributes more sealer than every other player. Reopening the lifts is the reward for the winner.

Worth watching out for
This is a competition, not a cooperation only one player earns the crown per attempt.
Winning reopens the lifts.
06

Road to Frostpeak — the full town clear

Step
In short The Road Legend badge requires you to personally finish every road from Maple Street all the way to Frostpeak Road.

The ultimate goal of Pave the Road is sealing every street in town, ending with Frostpeak Road at the top of the mountain. The Road Legend badge is only awarded if you complete each road yourself — roads finished by other players do not count toward it.

  1. Clear Maple Street seal it completely yourself as the first stage.
  2. Finish Frostpeak Road yourself this final road must be completed by you personally to unlock Road Legend.
07

Crew size and teamwork

Summary
In short A full crew of up to 20 players makes hard jobs more manageable and unlocks a badge.

The game supports up to 20 players in a single session. Finishing a job as part of a crew earns the Crew Up badge.

  • Max crew size 20 players per session.
  • Crew Up badge awarded for completing any job with a crew.

Common questions

FAQ

Can I change my class after the first spin?

Yes, you can spin the wheel again to get a new class. The Lucky Spin badge is only awarded on your very first spin.

Does the Crater Crusher badge require other players?

The badge goes to whoever pours more sealer than everyone else into the crater at Frostpeak Lodge. It is a contest, and only the top contributor earns the crown and the badge.

What happens if a teammate seals a road I needed for Road Legend?

Only roads you finish yourself count toward the Road Legend badge. You need to personally complete every road from Maple Street to Frostpeak Road.

How do I keep my combo at x2 for the full 60 seconds?

Build the combo up to x2 first, then pour sealer continuously without any pause. Any break drops the multiplier and resets your 60-second window.
