Legacy Piece is an action RPG on Roblox where you sail between islands, fight bandits and bosses, and build up a character using swords, Devil Fruits, combat styles, and Haki. The game supports PC, mobile, and console, and the max level is 12,000 — a long-term goal that rewards steady, patient play. This guide covers how to start strong, push through the mid-game, and fix the most common roadblocks.

First steps on Starter Island

Step
In short Claiming free rewards and buying a sword in your first thirty minutes puts you on the fastest starting path.

When you first load in, check for any login bonuses and take stock of your currency and inventory before doing anything else. Starter Island (Foosha Island) has an inexpensive sword available in the shop — pick one up and equip it right away. From that point on, only kill enemies after you have accepted a quest, because kills made without an active quest do not count toward your objectives.

  1. Claim login rewards check for any available bonuses before spending a single second fighting.
  2. Buy a sword find the shop on Starter Island and purchase the cheapest sword available.
  3. Accept a quest first never attack enemies before a quest is active, or the kills will not register.
  4. Stick with one weapon switching swords constantly spreads your mastery across multiple weapons and slows your damage growth.
  5. Scout Legacy Island when you arrive, note where the Devil Fruit, Haki, and Prestige NPCs are, then head straight back to questing.
  6. Hold your reroll resources do not spend race, clan, or trait rerolls until you know which weapon and ability you want to focus on.

Quest colours and how to read them

Table

Every quest marker has a colour that tells you what kind of challenge it is. If blue quests feel too tough on their own, mixing in yellow quests nearby is a reliable way to keep experience and Beli coming in.

Blue markersstory quests that drive progression and give solid base experience.
Yellow markersside quests that supplement Beli and experience when blue quests feel too tough.
Red markersboss quests that should wait until your mastery and gear are well developed.

How mastery works and why it matters more than level

Tips
In short Levelling raises your health and stamina, but the damage you deal is driven almost entirely by mastery in your chosen weapon or ability.

Many players hit a damage wall and assume they need more levels, when the real fix is higher mastery in their main weapon or Devil Fruit. Swapping between swords, Devil Fruits, and combat styles frequently splits your mastery in every direction, leaving none of them strong. Check the equipment screen to see what mastery level is required to unlock each skill, and meet that threshold before moving on. When a new skill unlocks, test its range, stamina cost, and cooldown on weak enemies before using it against tougher ones. Mixing normal attacks with skills helps you avoid running out of stamina mid-fight.

Tips worth knowing
  • Level increases health and stamina; mastery is what increases your damage output.
  • Keep one weapon or ability as your main focus and grind quest enemies with it consistently.
  • Check the equipment screen for skill mastery requirements before assuming a skill is locked.
  • Test new skills on weak enemies to learn their range, stamina drain, and cooldown first.
  • Alternate between normal attacks and skills to keep your stamina from bottoming out.

Island progression order

Step
In short Moving through islands in order and learning each area's key NPCs before spending resources keeps your progression clean.

The main path takes you from Starter Island through Legacy Island and onward to Jungle Island, Ice Island, and A-City. Arriving on a new island does not mean you need to grab every ability immediately — find out where the important NPCs are and what they require before committing resources. Prestige is handled by an NPC on Legacy Island and is worth pursuing once levelling from quests starts to feel slow; read the confirmation screen carefully before you confirm, since it resets certain things while leaving others intact.

  1. Starter Island complete early quests and lock in your first sword before moving on.
  2. Legacy Island locate the Devil Fruit, trait, Haki, summoning, and Prestige NPCs and note their requirements.
  3. Jungle Island, Ice Island, A-City unlock movement abilities, Haki upgrades, and mid-game tools in turn.
  4. Prestige trigger it on Legacy Island once quest experience gains slow down, and read the reset details before confirming.

Fixing common roadblocks

Check
In short Almost every sticking point in Legacy Piece traces back to one of four causes: low mastery, too little health, drained resources, or a missed NPC location.

Before concluding that an area is too hard, run through the four checks below in order. If other players are clearing quest enemies faster than you can reach them, look for a different spawn point on the same island or move to a less crowded server.

  • Dying too quickly return to blue and yellow quests in an earlier area and raise your level to build up health and stamina.
  • Resources are running out stop spending on rerolls and expensive chests and focus only on what you need to progress.
  • Cannot find an NPC or location use the in-game NPC tracking feature and cross-reference the quest log rather than searching manually.
  • Quest enemies taken by other players find an alternate spawn point or switch to a quieter server.

Redeem codes

Tips
In short Codes are a free source of bonuses and are especially useful for players who are not spending Robux.

Codes are distributed through the official community server. Open the dedicated input screen inside the game, enter the code exactly as written, and confirm to collect the reward. Each code works once per account, and some have expiry dates, so enter any code you find promptly. Copying and pasting avoids the typos that cause most failed redemptions.

Tips worth knowing
  • Get codes from the official community server — that is where new ones are announced.
  • Use the in-game code input screen and confirm after entering.
  • Each code can only be used once on a single account.
  • Codes can expire, so redeem them as soon as you find them.
  • Copy and paste the code instead of typing it to avoid input errors.

Account safety

Warn
In short Keeping your password and authentication codes private is the single most important thing you can do to protect your account.

Outside websites that advertise free Robux, auto-levelling, or unlimited rerolls put your account at serious risk. Parents can use Roblox's parental controls to set spending limits, restrict chat, and cap daily play time.

Worth watching out for
Never give your password or authentication codes to anyone in-game or on an outside site.
Do not use modified Roblox clients or external scripts.
Do not enter any information into sites claiming to offer free Robux.
Parents should configure Roblox parental controls to manage spending, chat, and play time.
Before any Robux purchase, confirm the item name, effect, and price and check with a parent first if you are younger.

Common questions

FAQ

Can I reach the max level without spending Robux?

Yes — questing, mastery grinding, and levelling are all available in the free game. Code bonuses from the community server also give free players a helpful boost along the way. The max level of 12,000 is a very long goal by design, so take your time with it.

Is the game playable on mobile?

The game officially supports mobile devices.

My enemies are not dying fast enough — what should I check first?

Check the mastery level of your main weapon or ability before anything else, since mastery drives damage far more than level does. If mastery looks healthy, make sure you have not been cycling through multiple weapons and splitting your progress.

What happens if the server shuts down mid-session?

Server shutdowns can happen for updates, fixes, or improvements. Keeping an eye on the community server for shutdown announcements means you will not be caught off guard.
