About
OverviewKnife Duels is a first-person knife combat game where you challenge other players in 1v1 to 4v4 matches, racing to reach 6 wins before your opponent does. Getting into your first match
StepYou have to finish the tutorial before the main lobby opens up. Once you are in the lobby, head straight for a 1v1 duel pad rather than a team match — it is much easier to watch one opponent and figure out why your attacks land or miss. Your early goal is not to win every match but to get comfortable with the controls.
- Finish the tutorial you cannot reach the main lobby until it is complete.
- Try every move test slashing, throwing, jumping, and sliding at least once before you leave the tutorial.
- Find a 1v1 duel pad walk up and step on it to enter matchmaking.
- Get matched the game pairs you with an opponent automatically.
- Play the match the first player to 6 wins takes the whole match.
- Check the shop look at what coins can buy before you spend any.
Reading a match and staying in it
TipsA match runs until someone hits 6 wins, so falling behind early is not a death sentence. Spend the opening rounds observing rather than forcing plays.
- Watch whether your opponent rushes in or throws from range in the very first round.
- Change your opening action every round so your opponent cannot time a response to it.
- Focus on winning the round in front of you rather than worrying about the overall score.
- When you are behind on points, wait for your opponent to whiff an attack instead of charging straight at them.
Slashing versus throwing — when to use each
TableBoth attacks have a clear job depending on how far away your opponent is. Mixing them up also makes your pattern harder to read.
| Far away | throw your knife to put pressure on the opponent and force them to move. |
| Close range | slash quickly, especially right after the opponent misses an attack. |
| Opponent throwing | step sideways and close the gap while they are mid-animation. |
| After you throw | move out of the spot immediately so you are not standing still. |
Landing thrown knives more often
CheckA throw that aims at where someone is will miss a moving target by the time the knife arrives. These checks help you connect more reliably.
- Centre your opponent in your screen before you release the throw.
- Aim a little ahead of a player running sideways throw where they are going, not where they are.
- Watch for the moments when movement stops landing from a jump, finishing a slide, or stepping out from behind a wall.
- Vary the timing of your throws throwing at the same rhythm every time lets your opponent dodge on cue.
- After a miss, change position before you throw again.
Close-range fighting and cover
TipsRushing forward in a straight line is the easiest thing to punish. Moving unpredictably and using the map's cover keeps you harder to hit.
- Hover just outside the opponent's slash range and let them swing first.
- Step in and slash the moment they miss.
- Mix lateral movement, short slides, and jumps so you are never at the same height and angle twice.
- Use walls and boxes to block the opponent's line of sight and break up their throws.
- When peeking around cover, alternate which side you appear from each time.
Team matches from 2v2 to 4v4
TipsTeam matches reward coordination more than individual skill. Small habits like spreading out and not chasing too far make a big difference.
- Stay within range of a teammate so you can help if they get rushed.
- Spread left and right rather than lining up in a row — a line gives the enemy a single easy aim line.
- Do not stand in front of a teammate who is about to throw.
- When your team has more players in the fight, target whoever is isolated from their group.
- Do not chase a retreating opponent so far that your team loses its numbers advantage.
Earning coins and collecting skins
TipsCoins come from playing matches and go toward knife skins in the shop or boxes. No skin changes how your knife performs — every one is purely cosmetic.
- Win matches to earn coins.
- Look at both the shop and the box contents before you commit any coins.
- Rarer skins carry more trade value, even though they perform the same as common ones.
- When trading, review exactly what you are giving and what you are receiving before confirming.
- If someone is pressuring you to confirm a trade quickly, stop and walk away from the deal.
Redeem codes
CheckThe game distributes redeem codes that hand out instant rewards when entered in the in-game menu. As of October 20, 2026, there are three working codes tracked by this site.
- Open the in-game menu and find the code entry field.
- Each code works once per account entering it a second time does nothing.
- Codes expire over time, so use them as soon as you have them.
- Do not pass a code along expecting it to work again after you have already redeemed it.
Actions that get accounts banned
WarnThe game enforces a strict zero-tolerance rule. There is no appeal process once an account is banned or reset.

Common questions
FAQDo I need to spend real money to enjoy the game?
No. Coins come from winning matches, and coins unlock skins. Trading with other players gives you another way to get skins you want without spending anything.
Does the knife skin I pick give me any advantage in a fight?
No. Every skin is purely cosmetic — none of them affect your aim speed, attack power, or any other stat. Pick whichever design you like best.
Can I get skins without grinding coins?
Yes. The trade system lets you swap skins you already own with other players.
Can I play on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Mobile controls use a virtual stick along with on-screen buttons for attacking, throwing, jumping, and sliding. The tutorial shows you where each button is.
How do I play on the same team as a friend?
Join the same server, then before the match starts, enter the same duel pad and take an open slot on the same side as your friend. If that pad is full, wait for the next match or try a different pad.
Can I undo a skin trade after it goes through?
There is no automatic reversal once a trade is confirmed. Check exactly what you are giving and receiving before you confirm, and never finalise a trade under pressure.
