01

How the game works

Summary
In short Stealing items and completing tasks are the two engines that push everything else forward.

Every steal you pull off earns XP, and so does finishing tasks. That XP goes toward your Mall Pass level, which unlocks rewards as it climbs. Kash is the currency you use to upgrade your character and kit out your getaway car, and better gear means bigger rewards from each run.

  • Stealing every successful steal gives you XP
  • Tasks completing task lists adds bonus XP on top
  • Mall Pass leveling it up unlocks rewards progressively
  • Kash the currency used for upgrades and customization
  • Getaway car equip unique options to it to boost what you earn
  • Leaderboard the best loadout pushes your rewards higher and your rank up

Getting through a run without getting caught

Tips
In short Watching guard patterns before you move is the single habit that stops failed steals.

Guards patrol the mall. If one spots you, the steal fails. Other players are also a threat — they can steal from you during a run, so you are watching two kinds of danger at once.

Tips worth knowing
  • Check which items are marked as Hot Items, since these give bonus rewards.
  • Keep an eye on other players nearby — they can take from you just as guards can stop you.
03

Task lists and badges worth knowing

Check
In short The game's badge groups show you exactly which goals to chase for structured progression.

Badges are grouped into named task lists, each with multiple stages. Finishing every stage in a list earns you the next badge in that group.

  • Let's Play has three stages.
  • Sporty, Fanum Tax, and Music Maker each run three stages.
  • Rags to Riches runs two numbered stages plus a final gold-tier stage.
  • The Truth Is Elsewhere badge ties to collecting stickers.

Free-to-play approach

Tips
In short Paying is not required — consistent stealing, task completion, and the bonus code are enough to progress steadily.

The game is fully playable without spending real money. XP and Kash build up naturally through stealing and tasks, and the bonus code gives you a head start on upgrades.

Tips worth knowing
  • Complete task list stages whenever you meet the conditions — the bonus XP adds up.
  • Redeem the in-game bonus code for Kash; codes can only be used once.
  • Level your Mall Pass steadily — rewards unlock at each tier.

Common questions

FAQ

What happens when a guard catches you?

The steal fails and you do not earn XP or Kash from that attempt.

Can other players steal from me?

Yes, stealing from other players is a core part of the game. You need to watch out for both guards and rival players at the same time during every run.

Do I need to spend real money to progress?

No. Stealing items and completing task lists generates XP and Kash. Redeeming the bonus code in-game gives you a free boost of Kash.

What are task lists and why should I bother with them?

Task lists are groups of in-game goals — like Sporty, Fanum Tax, or Rags to Riches — that each have multiple stages. Completing a stage earns a badge and bonus XP.
