Cut a Rock
Your first steps in the game
StepWhen you first load in, you have two goals: gain Power and get to the mining floor. Power is what determines how hard your pickaxe hits, so building it up at the anvil comes before anything else. Once you have enough, head to the mining floor and start collecting rocks.
- Train at the anvil to earn Power
- Higher Power lets you cut harder rocks
- Head to the mining floor and start collecting rocks
- Sell what you find for money
- Use that money to upgrade your machines and unlock a better pickaxe
Mining floors and going deeper
TipsThe mining floor is split into multiple layers, and rarer treasures are hidden further down. Each layer is harder to break through, so you need a stronger pickaxe to advance. Selling rocks funds the machine upgrades that make stronger pickaxes possible.
- Every floor holds rocks — rarer ones appear on deeper layers
- A stronger pickaxe lets you reach deeper floors
- Selling rocks keeps your upgrade funds flowing
- Machine upgrades unlock better pickaxes

The Index and aura unlocks
CheckAs you mine, every new type of treasure you find gets recorded in the Index, which works like a collector's logbook. Once your Index is complete, you unlock powerful auras that make future mining easier.
- Collect different types of treasures
- Explore deeper floors, where rarer treasure types appear
- Keep mining until the Index is fully filled
- Claim the aura unlock once all entries are recorded
Offline Power gain
TipsPower keeps accumulating even when the game is closed. You can log back in after a break and immediately have more Power ready to spend on mining.
- Machines run and Power builds while you are away
- The process is fully automatic

Common questions
FAQHow do I get a stronger pickaxe?
Sell the rocks you collect to earn money, then spend that money on machine upgrades. Those upgrades are what unlock stronger pickaxes, which let you reach deeper floors.
Does anything happen while I am logged out?
Yes — your machines keep running and Power keeps building up even when the game is closed. When you log back in, that Power is waiting for you to use.
What is the point of the Index?
The Index tracks every different type of treasure you have found. Filling it completely unlocks powerful auras.
Why should I mine different rock types instead of sticking to one?
Each unique treasure type you find adds a new entry to your Index. You need a wide variety of entries to complete it and unlock auras.
