Seasonal events and what they give you

Summary

In short Seasonal events are the main way to earn special abilities and character morphs.

Two confirmed seasonal events have run so far — a Halloween event and a Christmas event. Each one runs for a limited time only, so you have to play during the event window to earn anything from it.

Halloween Event badge　completing the Halloween Event earns the Completed Halloween Event badge.
Lorna Halloween Morph　the Halloween Event also unlocks this morph for your character.
Dash Ability　also awarded by completing the Halloween Event; lets you dash in-game.
Christmas Event badge　completing the Christmas Event earns the Completed Christmas Event badge.
Firework　the Christmas Event reward alongside the badge.

Using the Dash Ability

In short Once you have the Dash Ability, the button you press depends on how you are playing.

The Dash Ability is earned through the Halloween Event. After you have it, the control varies by platform.

On PC, press E to dash.
On a gamepad, press B to dash.
On mobile, tap the on-screen button to dash.

Rare and hard-to-get badges

Tips

In short Some badges depend on timing or special circumstances rather than skill.

Several badges in the game fall outside normal play.

Tips worth knowing

The Azi! badge is earned by being in the same server as the game's creator, azi.
Azi's challenge confirmer! was awarded to players who won the event held on June 1st.
A few badges are listed only as ??? in the game itself, meaning their unlock conditions are not published.
The birthday command badge is no longer obtainable due to issues that arose from players typing the command.
The Egg? badge cannot be earned yet.
The Blue Shrimp?... badge exists in the game but its purpose has not been explained officially.

Dash Ability: A movement ability unlocked by completing the Halloween Event that lets you dash using a platform-specific button.

FAQ

What happened to the original version of the game?

The original game, called Terrible Mouse RP (IN BETA) (VR!), was deleted. This current version was rebuilt and released in its place. Updates continue to arrive as new episodes.

Can I still get the Halloween Event badge and Dash Ability?

Both are only available during the Halloween Event. If the event is not currently running, you cannot earn them.

Is there any way to guarantee meeting the creator for the Azi! badge?

The badge is awarded simply for being in the same server as azi at the same time.
