Making co-op work
Check
Up to three people can cook together. Settle on roles before the round starts.
- Assign one person to cooking, one to chopping, and one to plating so nobody is waiting on the same tool.
- Use the throw button to pass ingredients to a teammate who is too far away to hand them directly.
- Each player should stick to a separate appliance rather than queuing up for the same one.

- Perk
- A special ability tied to your class that you activate mid-round using the perk buttons.
- Appliance upgrade
- A star-funded improvement to a kitchen tool that makes it cook, chop, or prepare dishes faster.
- Stars
- The reward you earn for completing a course or map, used to unlock new recipes and buy appliance upgrades.
- Throw
- An action (Q on PC, Y or Triangle on console) that sends an item flying toward a teammate across the kitchen.
