In shortShe reacts to your flashlight and the sound of running, so stay quiet and keep the light off whenever you can.
She patrols the hospital at night and will come after you if she spots your flashlight beam or hears you sprint. Lockers are your only safe hiding spot, and holding your breath inside one is what actually keeps you hidden.
Tips worth knowing
Only turn the flashlight on when you genuinely need to see something.
The moment she feels close, get into a locker without hesitating.
Once inside the locker, press and hold the hold-breath button — hiding in the locker alone is not enough.

How difficulty changes across six nights
Summary
In shortShe gets faster as the nights go on, so habits that worked on night two will not be enough by night three.
The first two nights let you settle into the routine. From night three onward she moves faster, and the pressure keeps building through nights four, five, and six.
Night 3 her speed increases; the badge description confirms this is where things shift.
Night 6 the final shift; reaching 6 AM here unlocks Last Shift.

Check
If you keep losing, run through these checks before starting the next attempt.
Are you reaching bells before the third miss? Even one careless miss early puts you in a dangerous position.
Are you switching the flashlight off when moving around without a clear reason to have it on?
Are you holding the hold-breath button after entering the locker, not just stepping inside?

Common questions
FAQ
What happens if I miss three call bells?
Your shift ends immediately and you get a game over. It does not matter how close to 6 AM you are — three misses is the hard limit.
Why does night three feel so much harder?
She moves faster from night three onward. Habits you built on the first two nights will get you caught. Give yourself a larger margin and find cover earlier than you think you need to.
Do I have to hold the breath button the whole time I'm in the locker?
Yes. Stepping into the locker without holding the hold-breath input is not enough to stay hidden.
Can I play with friends?
Up to four players can join the same session.
