PARKOUR Reborn is an open-world parkour game set in the city of Verna, where you play as a Runner leaping across rooftops, learning new moves, crafting gear, and taking on time trials. This guide covers how to get started, how movement works, how to earn credits and rank stars, and how to push further into the city.
In shortRoblox Premium members get in free; everyone else needs the 349 Robux gamepass or an access key.

Traceur
Auto Parkour is off, Descend is mapped to SHIFT, and Dash is mapped to the middle mouse button or scroll wheel.

How movement and momentum work
Tips
In shortMomentum is the core of everything — protect it on turns and chain moves together to keep it high.
The blue bar on your screen is your momentum meter. It controls your run speed, jump height, wall-run speed, and wall-climb height. Leveling up raises your momentum cap, and this continues up to level 20.
Tips worth knowing
Turn gradually — sharp turns bleed momentum.
Dash builds temporary momentum shown in red on the bar; this red section vanishes when you touch the ground, so jump to extend it.
Afterboost doubles temporary momentum for a brief window right as your dash runs out — tap dash again while the bar is red to trigger it, then jump off a ledge for a Long Jump.
When you are spinning out of control during a long fall, hold both Ascend and Descend together to stabilize; then release and perform an Impact just before you hit a landing pad to survive.
Bhopping — jumping repeatedly the moment you land — keeps your velocity high because the game gives you 100ms of reduced ground friction on landing.
06
Unlocking movement abilities
Summary
In shortAbilities come from two places: challenges scattered across the city, and books you find in the world.
You do not start with every move. Some abilities are tied to challenge courses you must complete, while others are found in books. Completing a challenge also earns rank stars and sometimes credits.
Dash found at the Dash Training challenge, northeast of the Riser time trial.
Powerslide found at The Art of Powerslide challenge, south of the Solar time trial building.
Dropdown found at the Dropper challenge, north of Apollo.
Long Jump / Afterboost found at A Longer Jump challenge, west of The Art of Powerslide (requires rank 2).
Wall Boost found at Wall Climb Boost challenge in Dirwik, southwest of Advancement Beta (requires rank 3, and wall climb is disabled during the challenge).
Wall Kick found at Leg Day challenge in Dirwik, on the roof of Nimbus (requires rank 3).
07
Time trials and rank stars
Step
In shortPlatinum is worth an entire rank-up on its own.
Time trials are point-to-point races against the clock. Your clear time earns a bronze, silver, gold, or platinum medal, and each medal also gives rank stars. Stars are cumulative, meaning a platinum medal includes the stars from all lower medals beneath it. The platinum target time is hidden until you earn gold first.
Run the trialreach the end goal before time runs out to earn at least a bronze medal.
Check your medalbronze gives 1 rank star, silver gives 2, gold gives 3, and platinum gives 4 (a full rank-up).
Unlock the platinum targetearn gold first; the platinum time only appears on the details screen after that.
Spread across districtsDowntown has up to 6 trials, Dirwik has up to 6, and Fragment has up to 6, so work through each district to stack rank stars.
08
Delivery missions and credits
Tips
In shortDeliveries are your main source of credits, and moving fast across the map brings new jobs to you more quickly.
Julian texts you on the Runner Phone when a delivery is ready. A bag icon marks the pickup spot and a flag icon marks the drop-off, both visible on your compass and on the screen. You earn more credits for longer-distance deliveries, but the district or how fast you ran the route does not change the payout.
Tips worth knowing
A new delivery appears automatically every few minutes, up to 20 minutes; if you just failed one, the next arrives in about 2 minutes instead.
Parcels spawn at fixed spots based on where you are when the notification arrives.
Dying or running out of time fails the delivery and costs you all potential credits from that job.
Failing a delivery causes the next one to come four times faster than usual.
Running around the map gives you delivery spawns faster.
09
Gear types and how to get them
Summary
In shortEach gear slot changes how you move, and most gear can be upgraded down one of two paths — switching requires a second copy.
Gear is held in your inventory and affects movement and interaction. There are four types, each sitting in a different slot. Gear is crafted with resources found on the map or bought from vendors. Most gear has no level lock, but some vendors require a minimum rank before they will sell to you.
Core your right-arm slot; the foundation of your playstyle.
Augment your left-arm slot; adds significant movement abilities on top of your core.
Compound your back slot; a lighter, more gimmick-focused version of augment gear.
Utility your hip slots; you can equip two utility items at once, left and right.
Upgrades most gear splits into two upgrade paths at three levels each; committing to one path means you need a separate copy to explore the other.
Vendors some move around the map, so check multiple spots if you cannot find one; gear prices increase with each purchase of the same item.

Common questions
FAQ
Can I play PARKOUR Reborn for free right now?
If you have Roblox Premium, you can enter the alpha at no extra cost. Otherwise you need the 349 Robux gamepass or an access key from another player. Free-play windows are held after major updates, and the game goes permanently free when the beta releases.
How do I see the platinum time for a time trial?
The platinum target time is hidden until you earn a gold medal on that trial. Clear gold first, then check the details screen near the trial start — the platinum time will appear there.
What happens if I fail a delivery?
You lose all the credits that delivery would have paid. The next delivery notification also arrives roughly four times faster than normal, so keep moving around the map.
How do I start a PvP race with friends?
Open the player list, click a friend's name, and select Challenge. Repeat for anyone else you want to include. Once everyone has gathered near the host, the host presses START and the race begins.
I am stuck and cannot move — what do I do?
Open the settings tab and click Return to Spawn, then wait for the five-minute timer to finish. This teleports you back to Main Spawn.
