Common questions

FAQ

How do I level up?

Follow the yellow arrow to your current quest and finish it. Completing a quest triggers a birthday, your character grows taller, and a new arrow appears pointing to the next one. The current cap is age 18.

How long do event rewards last?

Most rewards — like the flying sleigh, the fast bunny, and the Ornament Gun — last for one year, until the event comes back around. The gifts you hand out from the Santa Bag are an exception and stay in your inventory permanently.

What happens if I miss a seasonal event?

You have to wait until the event returns the following year to collect its items and earn the reward. The one exception is Cupid Wings, which you can get at any time by purchasing the game pass instead of waiting for February.

Where do I report a glitch or ask for help?

The official group page is where you can post bug reports and questions. Look for the group link on the game's Roblox page.
