Advanced shooting techniques
StepIn short
Curving shots and going for volleys or bicycle kicks expands what you can do with the charge system.
Once you understand how the charge system works, you can bend the ball into corners or score airborne goals.
- Curve the shot hold left click to charge, then press A or D to bend the ball left or right before releasing
- Hit a volley shoot before the ball touches the ground and it becomes an airborne volley
- Score a bicycle kick jump with Space at the same moment you shoot a volley to trigger the bicycle kick
- Cancel mid-decision right-click to cancel a shot or pass if the situation changes
