Core rules before you start

Check
In short The game only works with exactly two players, and breaking the tether sends both of you back to the beginning.

Sticky Bees is built entirely around two players working together. You and your partner play as bees tied to each other, and that connection must stay intact from start to finish. The objective is to reach the highest point of the course without falling, since a fall breaks the tether and resets the stage.

  • Make sure you have a partner the game is designed for two players and is not intended to be played solo.
  • Understand that you cannot stick to walls, so every foothold you grab must be held through balance alone.
  • Know the losing condition if either player falls and the tether snaps, both players restart from the beginning of the stage.
  • Reaching the top of the stage is the goal keep the connection unbroken all the way there.

Moving together without pulling each other off

Step
In short Slow, planned movement in sync with your partner beats rushing every single time.

Because the tether is physics-based, one player moving too fast or in the wrong direction puts real tension on the other. Timing and teamwork are essential.

  1. Move slowly and deliberately sudden bursts of movement throw off balance for both players.
  2. Watch the tether length at all times if the line is nearly fully stretched, stop and close the gap before moving further.

Glossary

Glossary
Tether
The strand of honey connecting the two bees; if it snaps because a player falls, both players restart the stage.
Obby
Short for obstacle course — a Roblox game genre where players navigate a series of platforms and hazards to reach a goal.
Physics-based movement
Movement controlled by in-game physics rather than simple animation, meaning momentum and tension affect how both players move.
