The core loop
Summary
The game runs on a cycle that repeats from the first second to the last. You earn money, spend it on upgrades, spawn stronger soldiers, and use those soldiers to take ground.

Getting started
Step
When a match begins, take a few seconds to find your base before doing anything else. From there, the priority is getting soldiers onto the battlefield and picking up money.
- Find your base work out where your team's home base is on the map before moving
- Hit the training button spawn your first wave of clay soldiers right away
- Collect money pick up the money your base generates and put it toward upgrades
Managing your soldiers
Tips
Spawned soldiers fight automatically, heading straight for enemies without any input from you. The more soldiers you have out at once, the harder it is for opponents to hold their ground.
- Spawn constantly — send soldiers out regularly so the pressure never lets up
- Replace losses — when soldiers fall, spawn replacements straight away
- Use upgrades to boost soldier strength — put money into attack and health upgrades
Capturing and holding hills
Check
There are multiple hills across the battlefield. Holding a hill puts you in a stronger position to attack enemies. Time your pushes for moments when your soldier count is higher than your opponent's.
- Learn where the hills are before committing your soldiers to a direction
- Send a concentrated group of soldiers at one hill
- Wait for a numbers advantage before making a move on a contested hill
- Defend captured hills actively keep reinforcements coming
Spending money on upgrades
Step
The upgrade menu lets you strengthen your soldiers and base using the money you collect. Stronger upgrades unlock as the match progresses and cost more, so you will move through them in stages rather than all at once.
- Check the upgrade menu regularly so you do not miss a new unlock
- Buy cheaper upgrades first work through affordable options to build a foundation
- Prioritise newly unlocked upgrades fresh unlocks become available as the game progresses
- Focus on soldier combat stats attack power and health upgrades strengthen your forces
Playing with a full team

Yes, you can play alone. The game supports up to four players on a team, so a solo run is perfectly possible.

Once you spawn them, your soldiers move and fight automatically without any extra input from you.
What happens when my base is overrun?
If enemies overwhelm your base and your forces are wiped out, the game ends for your team. After that you can jump into a new match and start fresh.
