How a round works
Step
Each match pairs you against one other player. You choose an item, and your opponent describes what they picked — except they can lie. You have to figure out what they actually chose.
- Enter the lobby wait in the lobby screen while matchmaking finds you an opponent.
- Choose your item pick one item from the options available.
- Listen to the description your opponent describes their item, truthfully or not.
- Make your guess select which item you think they actually picked.
- Win or lose guess correctly and you win the round; guess wrong and they do.
Reading the bluff
TipsYour opponent is actively trying to mislead you, so take everything they say as a puzzle rather than a report. The more rounds you play, the easier it gets to notice when something is off.
- Listen for contradictions — if two parts of their description clash, that is a signal.
- Watch for vagueness — a suspiciously thin explanation can be just as telling as a contradiction.
- Compare all the options before deciding — ruling things out one by one beats jumping to a guess.
Playing against friends
