Your first class: the Rifle
StepWhen you first load in, pick the Rifle class — it costs nothing and equips you with a bolt-action rifle, a bayonet, and a shovel. The shovel is your most important tool early on: dig yourself into cover the moment a round starts. At medium to long range, use the rifle to pick off enemies who are standing still in no man's land. The moment an enemy closes the gap on you, switch to the shovel or use the bayonet.
- Pick the Rifle class its cost is zero, so it is always available.
- Dig immediately get underground or into a trench before crossing open ground.
- Switch weapons in close quarters the shovel hits fast and can kill bots in one strike.
- Use the bolt-action in one-on-one fights its slow fire rate hurts in crowds, so avoid trading shots with automatic weapons.
Upgrading to Rifle UP+
TableOnce you have three Supply you can switch to the Rifle UP+ loadout. The semi-auto rifle fires faster and carries three extra rounds, making follow-up shots much easier. The grenade deals heavy splash damage, which is ideal for flushing enemies out of foxholes and trenches. While throwing a grenade you are completely exposed.
| Regular Rifle | free, bolt-action, best for sniping and digging |
| Rifle UP+ | costs 3 Supply, semi-auto with 3 extra rounds, includes a grenade |
| Grenade | high splash damage, clears packed trenches and foxholes |
| Grenade risk | you are vulnerable while throwing it |
How to play the early round
CheckAt the start of a round, neither side has had time to dig deep defensive networks, so open ground is much easier to cross than it will be later. Push into no man's land aggressively and keep moving — if you stop your advance, the enemy can set up and pin you down. Farm NPC kills during this push to build up Supply for an upgraded class.
- Push forward early defenses are thin and the window to grab ground closes fast.
- Keep your momentum pausing lets the enemy organize a counterattack.
- Widen NPC divots friendly NPCs leave small dips in the ground; scoop them out with your shovel for instant cover.
- Plan a retreat route before you rush know where you will fall back if the push fails.
- Kill NPCs on the way every kill builds Supply toward Rifle UP+ or other upgraded classes.
Mid and late-round priorities
TipsOnce lines are established, the game shifts into a slower push-and-hold pattern. A common way rounds are lost is through back-capping, where one player slips behind the front line and quietly flips a capture point. Check your flags constantly. If you are stuck on a heavily defended route, the underground tunnels are an underused way to break the stalemate.
- Watch the small flags above your captured zones — a change in status means someone has snuck behind your line.
- If one route keeps failing, find a weaker flank or take the tunnel path instead of hammering the same defended spot.
- Use the underground — most players focus on the surface, so a long tunnel to the enemy side can catch them completely off guard.
- Turn your lantern off underground, and always off when you are in a foxhole or trench on the surface.
Combat habits that keep you alive
WarnMost deaths in no man's land come down to the same few mistakes. Moving unpredictably — even jumping around — makes you much harder to hit. Covering your teammates when they cross open ground is just as important as your own movement.
Teamwork and the tunnel ambush
TipsMost fights happen on the surface, which is exactly why underground routes are so powerful. Digging a long tunnel all the way to the enemy side and emerging behind their line can flip capture points before anyone reacts. Taking a medic with you on this kind of run is recommended.
- Dig tunnels far to the side of the map or deep underground to avoid running into enemy diggers coming the other way.
- Bring a medic on any underground ambush run.
- Cover teammates who are exposed in no man's land with sustained fire so the enemy cannot freely aim.
Glossary
Glossary- No Man's Land
- The open ground between both teams' trenches.
- Supply
- A resource earned by killing NPCs and enemies that you spend to unlock upgraded classes like Rifle UP+.
- Back-cap
- The tactic of slipping around the enemy's front line to capture a point behind them while they are focused forward.
- Foxhole
- A small hole dug into the ground that provides cover — you can quickly deepen NPC divots into usable foxholes with your shovel.
- Lantern
- An item that lights up underground tunnels but also reveals your position to enemies, so it should be turned off when you are in a trench or foxhole.
- Rifle UP+
- The upgraded version of the Rifle class, costing 3 Supply, that swaps the bolt-action rifle for a faster semi-auto and adds a grenade.
Common questions
FAQCan I play without spending Robux?
Yes. The Rifle class is completely free. Roblox Premium gives one extra vote in the game's voting system.
When should I switch to my shovel instead of the rifle?
Switch as soon as an enemy gets close enough that aiming the rifle becomes slow and risky. The shovel can kill bots in a single hit.
How do I use the grenade safely?
You are vulnerable while throwing it. It deals massive splash damage inside trenches and foxholes, so aim for clustered enemies.
Is the underground route actually worth digging?
Players on the surface rarely check underground, which means you can emerge behind the enemy line undetected. Taking a medic along is recommended for underground ambush runs.
