First steps when you join

Step

In short Joining the group and learning the map right away gives you a head start.

Join the official RoStreets group — it gives you free in-game cash, and that cash is what you use to buy gear. Once that is done, spend a few minutes walking the city so you know where the house market, car dealers, and weapon shops sit.

Crew basics and territory control

In short A crew lets you coordinate territory control and robberies with other players.

Crews let you coordinate with friends to take over the city together. You can plan robberies as a group and fight rival crews as an organized unit. Since capturing all territories is the end goal, getting a crew running early pays off.

Crew: A group of players who team up to control territory and run robberies together.
Cash: The in-game currency used to buy houses, vehicles, and weapons.

Robbery: A cooperative mission that crew members plan and carry out together.
City Owner: The badge awarded to a player who has conquered every territory on the map.
