The core loop: race, hatch, earn, repeat

Getting rarer eggs with luck dice

Step
In short Equipping higher-multiplier dice from the Lucky Shop is the most direct way to improve your egg quality and, by extension, your cash growth.

The rarity of the eggs you hatch is influenced by your luck stat. Rarer eggs produce stronger pets, which earn cash at a noticeably faster rate. There are eleven dice in total, with multipliers ranging from one times up to nine times. Two of them are only available through the event pass and also come with a morph upgrade on top of the luck bonus.

  1. Open the Lucky Shop this is where dice are purchased with cash.
  2. Buy a higher-tier die each step up applies a larger luck multiplier to your egg rolls.
  3. Check the event pass the two exclusive dice there also boost your morph.
03

Rebirthing at the right moment

Warn
In short Rebirthing as soon as you hit the required cash amount is always the right call — waiting costs you nothing and gains you nothing.

Once your cash reaches a set threshold, you can rebirth. Doing so resets your cash to zero, but permanently multiplies all future cash you earn. Later worlds cannot be reached without this multiplier. Any cash you have saved above the required amount disappears along with the rest when you hit the rebirth button.

Worth watching out for
Waiting past the rebirth threshold means the extra cash you built up is lost for nothing.
The permanent multiplier makes recovering your previous cash total faster than the first time around.
Worlds beyond your current one require the rebirth multiplier you cannot buy your way past that requirement.

Zone champions as progress markers

Check
In short The three zone champions give you clear checkpoints so you always know how far through the game you have come.

Race for Eggs has three major bosses that mark the end of each zone. Beating them is how the game measures your progress, and each one is recorded as an official badge. The Welcome badge is awarded just for loading in, so your first real milestone is taking down T-Rex.

  • Started the game and received the Welcome badge.
  • Defeated T-Rex, the First Zone Champion.
  • Defeated SPHINX, the Second Zone Champion.
  • Defeated MAMOTH, the Third Zone Champion.

Common questions

FAQ

How do I earn eggs?

Win races. Eggs are the reward for beating other racers.

Should I rebirth as soon as I can?

Yes. The permanent cash multiplier you receive makes earning cash faster every time you rebirth, and the worlds ahead require that multiplier to reach. Any cash above the rebirth threshold is lost when you reset, so there is no benefit to waiting.

What is the point of upgrading dice?

Each higher-tier die raises your luck multiplier, which increases your chances of hatching rarer eggs. Rarer eggs produce stronger pets that generate cash faster.

How do I know how far I have progressed?

Check which zone champions you have defeated. T-Rex marks the end of zone one, SPHINX marks zone two, and MAMOTH marks zone three. Each defeat is recorded as an official badge in the game.
