Getting started as a new player
Step
When you first join, your job is to build up your Sonic-themed base by collecting rings. The more your base grows, the more gear and weapons become available to you. You also get a free Chao Pet right away, so put its abilities to work from the start.
- Collect rings this is the basic action that grows your base and drives all other progress.
- Unlock gear new weapons and gear become available as your tycoon expands, so keep building.
- Use your Chao Pet it comes free and can provide speed boosts, healing, zap attacks, or a ring magnet depending on which ability it has.
- Try the morphs you can play as Sonic, Shadow, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Silver, and others.
- Earn Genie Lamps you can redeem them inside the tycoon for XP, which speeds up levelling up.

The fishing mini game
TipsThe fishing mini game is a beta feature themed around Big the Cat. You explore different areas of the map to find fishing spots, then try to catch fish, with rarer catches giving better rewards. Genie Lamps are the main thing you are fishing for, because you can trade them in for XP to level up faster.
- Explore new areas — fishing locations are spread across the map.
- Froggy is an extremely rare pet that can only be found while fishing.
