Starting out
Step
When you first join the game you receive the Welcome badge automatically. From there, your first real goal is finishing Easy Mode and earning the Winners Badge (Easy).
- Pick Easy Mode load in and select Easy so you can study how the course is laid out.
- Clear Easy Mode finishing it earns the Winners Badge (Easy), which is your first real milestone.
- Move to Hard Mode once Easy is done, switch to Hard Mode and work toward the Winners Badge (Hard).

Easy Mode versus Hard Mode
TableThe game offers two separate courses. Each one rewards a distinct badge on completion, and switching on first-person view before you finish adds a second badge on top of the normal one.

Inviting friends for badges
StepFriend badges stack as you invite more people. You do not need to invite all five at once — each new invite adds the next badge on top of what you already have.
- Invite 1 friend earns the Friend Badge.
- Invite 2 friends earns the Silver Friend Badge.
- Invite 3 friends earns the Golden Friend Badge.
- Invite 4 friends earns the Diamond Friend Badge.
- Invite 5 friends earns the Violet Friend Badge and completes the set.
Glossary
Glossary- Obby
- Short for obstacle course — a classic Roblox game type where you jump and run through a series of platforms and hazards to reach the finish.
- First-person view
- A camera mode that puts you behind Shadow's eyes instead of behind his back. Enabling it and finishing a course earns a separate badge.
- Easy Mode
- The less demanding of the two courses in the game, with its own completion badge.
- Hard Mode
- The more challenging course, with its own completion badge separate from the one Easy Mode awards.
- Hidden trophy
- One of three collectible badges placed in specific locations around the prison — the cave, the cafeteria storage room, and the end of the obby.
Common questions
FAQWhich mode should I start with?
Start with Easy Mode. Clear Easy first, then move on to Hard Mode.
How do I get the first-person badges?
Turn on first-person view and keep it on until you reach the finish. Easy Mode and Hard Mode each have their own first-person badge.
I passed through the cave and the cafeteria but missed the trophies — what should I do?
The Silver Trophy is inside the cave and the Golden Trophy is inside the cafeteria storage room. The Diamond Trophy sits near the very end of the obby.
Do I need to invite all five friends at the same time to get the Violet Friend Badge?
No. The badges unlock one at a time as your invite count goes up. You just need to reach a total of five invites to unlock the full set.
