Two roles and how they work

Table

In short At the start of each round the game randomly assigns you to one of two sides.

At the start of each round the game randomly assigns you to one of two sides. Runners try to outlast Asgore for as long as possible, while the Driver controls Asgore and tries to run over every Runner before time runs out.

Runner: The role assigned to most players each round — your goal is to survive as long as possible while Asgore chases you.
Driver: The role that controls Asgore with the goal of running over every Runner before the round ends.
Kromer: The in-game currency you earn during rounds and spend to unlock new Runner and Driver characters.
Sprint: A speed boost activated by holding Shift on PC or tapping the sprint button on mobile.
