Getting started on your island

Step

In short When you first join the game, you create your own hotel.

When you join for the first time, you create your own hotel, which becomes the heart of your resort. Fishing and gathering are your two main income sources.

Create your hotel this happens automatically when you first join.
Start fishing or gathering both earn you cash.
Spend cash on new buildings to grow your resort.

The Skydiving minigame

In short Skydiving is a skill-based minigame at the Airport where passing through rings increases both your speed and the challenge.

Skydiving is found at the Airport and is the only minigame in Tropical Resort Tycoon 2 with its own leaderboard, which tracks the players who have passed through the most rings. The challenge scales as you go — each ring you pass through makes you dive faster, which in turn makes the next ring harder to hit.

Find the skydive instructor head to the Airport and interact with them to begin.
Aim for the rings guide your character through all 12 rings in sequence.
Each ring raises your speed, so timing and coordination matter more as you go.
The leaderboard displays players with the most rings.

The hotel is a union of multiple sections: the Main Lobby, the Left Resort Wing, the Right Resort Wing, a Pool, and a basement that holds an Aquarium and a Space Station, reached by an elevator in the Lobby. Each wing has multiple floors with parts you need to purchase to progress. The Left Resort Wing has exactly 78 purchasable buttons across its floors.
