GRAB — Core controls every new player needs
About
OverviewGRAB is a physics-based sandbox on Roblox where you grab players and objects, throw them across the map, and cause as much chaos as possible. There are no levels, no win conditions, and no complicated rules — just pure mayhem. This guide covers the basic controls, how to escape when someone grabs you, how to earn abilities and special rewards, and what the badges ask you to do.

Core controls every new player needs
CheckGRAB is built around one mechanic: grab something and throw it. You can grab other players, props, and other objects scattered around the map. If someone grabs you, spamming the jump button is how you break free.
- You can grab players, props, and other objects not just one type.
- If you are grabbed, repeatedly pressing jump pulls you out of the other player's grip.
Getting the most out of props
StepProps are spawnable objects you can pull from the props menu. Spawning props ties directly to a long chain of badges. The badge chain runs from 10 props all the way up to 10,000.
- Spawning your first prop is its own badge.
- The badge chain goes 10, 100, 1,000, and 10,000 spawns.
- Earn the Infinity Gubby prop like the game, favorite it, and join the developer's group to receive this free prop reward.
Abilities and how to unlock them
TableGRAB has a handful of abilities that are not given to you at the start. Each one unlocks through a particular badge condition.
| Bed Ability | stay ragdolled for a period of time until the Sleepy Head badge triggers. |
| Lightning Ability | get struck by lightning somewhere on the map. |
| Volcano Ability | break the volcanic rock near the volcano, then collect the shard that drops. |
| Zombie Ability | eliminate 15 Zombies to earn the Zombie Slayer badge. |
King of the Hill and the Crown reward
WarnHolding the King of the Hill position for 200 seconds straight earns you the Crown OnKill VFX, a visual effect that plays when you eliminate someone. Two hard rules apply: the server must have more than 12 players in it, and it must be a public server — private servers do not count.
Hidden secrets and map exploration
TipsSeveral badges reward you for finding things hidden in the map rather than for racking up eliminations.
- Find Pizza Doge somewhere in the map to earn a discovery badge.
- The volcanic rock that unlocks the Volcano Ability is near the volcano; fall into the volcano itself and you get a different badge with no reward.
- Cars are driveable, and running another player over with one is its own badge.
- C00lkids are a specific type of player or NPC — exploding three of them earns the Cool Killer badge.
- Seasonal events like Halloween 2025, Thanksgiving 2025, and Valentines 2026 each had their own quest chains.

Common questions
FAQIs there any goal or win condition in GRAB?
No. GRAB is a free sandbox — there is no score, no finish line, and no way to lose. Creating chaos with other players is the whole point.
How do I get the Infinity Gubby prop?
Like the game on its Roblox page, add it to your favorites, and join the developer's group. All three steps together trigger the reward.
Why can't I unlock King of the Hill no matter how long I hold it?
The badge only works in public servers with more than 12 players present. If either condition is not met, the timer does not count toward the reward.
