The basic loop from day one
Step
You start with a Spoon that holds only 2 units of water. The Seep Hole near the beginning of the map holds 60 units and is your first water supply. Carry water to your tank, press green buttons to unlock income sources, and press red buttons too — they do not boost income but the game requires them to progress.
- Collect water scoop from the Seep Hole and fill your Water Tank, which holds up to 80 units.
- Press green buttons each one opens a new money source or upgrades an existing one.
- Press red buttons cosmetic only, but still required for the game to let you move forward.
- Buy the Cup costs $300 at the Shopkeeper and raises your water capacity from 2 to 6 units.
- Buy the Canteen costs $1,500 and raises capacity to 12 units; follow it with the Bucket at $6,000 for 20 units.
- Move to bigger water sources once the Seep Hole dries up, head to the Puddle (80 units) and then further sources as your Heat Crystals allow.

Heat Crystals and cold zones
TableEach Heat Crystal is a passive item that floats behind your back. Without the right level equipped, you will freeze in colder zones and cannot reach the water sources or areas inside them.

Five tycoon areas and when to unlock them

Collecting the three trophies
CheckTrophies also unlock the golden Lab buttons each run. They reset on every rebirth unless you have purchased the Save 2 Trophies upgrade, which carries the Square and Triangle trophies into your next run.
- Square Trophy complete the rising-water minigame inside the Hotel in the second cold area and reach the top.
- Triangle Trophy found near the Pond water source in the fourth area, close to the log shortcut.
- Circle Trophy earn this by defeating the recruit and knight armies in the sixth area; the trophy appears inside the castle afterward.
- The Save 2 Trophies rebirth upgrade carries the Square and Triangle trophies over so you only need to chase the Circle Trophy each new run.
Rebirths and permanent bonuses
Tips
To rebirth, reach 100% tycoon progress and collect all three trophies. The portal takes you to the Lava Dimension — walk backward to leave safely without resetting, or walk forward to buy upgrades and confirm the rebirth. Purchased tycoon items and inventory reset, but secret-bonus income and the fallen log carry over.
- Each rebirth adds a permanent +20% income boost that stacks across every future run.
- The Water Storage and Dropper upgrade raises your starting tank capacity by 30 units and spawns a water cube every 11 seconds.
- The Lava Upgrader adds a 1.1x cash multiplier to every ice cube sold.
- The Teleporter upgrade links your base, the castle mountain, and the secret jungle location.
- The Save 2 Trophies upgrade keeps the Square and Triangle trophies after each rebirth and also permanently lowers the fallen log.
- The Upgrade All button unlocks permanently after finishing either ending and auto-buys tycoon buttons on a 20-second cooldown.
The two endings
StepBoth endings require multiple rebirths and specific behavior during a run.
- Ending 1, rebirth count complete a total of five rebirths.
- Ending 1, key step after your fourth rebirth, buy at least one item from the Shopkeeper during that fifth run before finishing the tycoon.
- Ending 2, prerequisite unlock all four rebirth upgrades first; without them the ending will not trigger.
- Ending 2, the rule complete a full rebirth run without purchasing any items from the Shopkeeper (warriors do not count and are allowed).
- Ending 2, at 80% a Shopkeeper jumpscare fires, killing the Farmer, Button Presser, and both Miners permanently; operate every station yourself from that point on.
- Ending 2, NPC timing buy your workers as early as possible in the run so they are useful before the jumpscare; purchasing them after the event causes them to die within seconds.
The five secrets and their income rewards
TipsSecrets are hidden interactions scattered across the map. Secret 1 is a multi-step gem quest; the others are single triggered events. None of the bonuses reset on rebirth.
- Secret 1 (Gem Quest) — collect five gems and insert them into a special wall slot to unlock a permanent ice-cube upgrader; each gem is in a separate hidden location across the map.
- Gem 1 — pick up the Frozen Magma on the fourth floor of the hotel, activate it, then jump into the lava pit at your main base to find the gem inside.
- Gem 2 — break the rock in the furthest back-left corner of your mine to reveal a hidden pit; the gem is in the room below.
- Gem 3 — enter the Abandoned Factory area and turn immediately left; complete the staircase-style parkour on the wall to reach the gem room.
- Gem 4 — finish the ice-floe challenge, find the underwater opening in the lake opposite the log, collect the key inside the cave, use it on the stone door across from the hotel, and complete the parkour inside.
- Secret 2 — jump into your water tank while refilling it and let the poison kill you.
- Secret 3 — walk toward the dirt wall next to the log; an invisible wall flings you into the water.
- Secret 4 — climb on top of the statue and step on the button on its right arm.
- Secret 5 — let the saw on the first dropper's conveyor belt damage and kill you.
The Abandoned Factory
StepThe factory is hidden behind a bush in the -30 cold zone. It generates between $1 and $10 per second depending on how much you have cleaned and repaired it. Unlike your main tycoon, its progress does not reset on rebirth.
- Find the entrance walk through the bush on the right-turning path in the Super Cold (-30) area.
- Use the rain bucket a purchasable bucket just outside the factory produces roughly one water drop every ten seconds.
- Complete everything finishing all tasks unlocks a pink teleporter that connects the factory directly to your main base.
- Unlock Up and Running fully repairing the factory and stepping through the portal inside earns you this badge.

Glossary- Rebirth
- A full reset of your purchased tycoon items triggered by hitting 100% tycoon progress and holding all three trophies, which rewards a permanent +20% income boost.
- Heat Crystal
- A passive item worn on your back that lets you enter cold zones without freezing; higher levels cover lower temperatures.
- Tycoon Progress

FAQWhere do I buy better water-carrying tools?
The Shopkeeper NPC sells them. The Cup costs $300 and holds 6 units, the Canteen costs $1,500 and holds 12, and the Bucket costs $6,000 and holds 20.
Do my trophies carry over when I rebirth?
By default all three trophies reset on every rebirth. If you purchase the Save 2 Trophies upgrade in the rebirth dimension, the Square Trophy and Triangle Trophy will be waiting for you at the start of your next run, so you only need to chase the Circle Trophy again.
How do I unlock the Fast Rebirth button?
Collect all ten badges in the game and the button unlocks permanently on a pedestal near the rebirth portal. When your tycoon is at 100% and you have all three trophies, stepping on it skips every animation and cutscene and rebirths you instantly.
Do secret bonuses survive a rebirth?
Yes. The +5% income bonus you earn from each discovered secret is permanent and carries over through every rebirth.
What happens if I walk backward in the rebirth Lava Dimension?
Walking backward into the darkness exits the dimension without triggering any reset.
