Tips
Hiring staff converts your business from one that needs constant tapping into one that earns while you are away. Training a staff member raises their experience, and pushing someone to the maximum experience level is a goal the game specifically rewards. Getting every staff member to maximum level is the hardest staff achievement in the game.
- Hire your first staff member as early as possible.
- Keep hiring until you have ten staff members to hit the next milestone.
- Train staff regularly; the first training session earns you a badge, and further training keeps unlocking experience milestones.
- Push at least one staff member to maximum experience level, then work toward maxing every single one.
