Every object in the game responds to at least one of four actions, so knowing all of them keeps you busy.
The game gives you four ways to interact with objects. Each type of object — squishies, slime, wax, keyboards, and food — responds differently depending on what you do to it. Headphones are recommended because so much of the satisfaction comes from the sounds these actions produce.
- Squish press down on a squishy object to feel the satisfying give
- Stretch pull an object to extend it as far as it will go
- Pop burst an item for an instant satisfying release
- Interact trigger whatever special action a particular object supports

Earning squishes and converting them to cash

Playing with any object earns squishes, and squishes can be exchanged for in-game cash.
Squishes are the currency you build up just by playing. Every time you squish, stretch, pop, or otherwise interact with an object, your squish count goes up. Once you have enough saved, you can convert them into cash.
